How Does it Work?
CSA Programs are great for everyone. They help build community by connecting farmers and community members in a way that both benefit. Farmers are guaranteed to sell their produce and community members get a discount on the highest quality local produce.

Our CSA is simple and convenient, with two options:

Our CSA is simple and convenient, with two options:
- We offer Market Share or a Boxed Share
- Market Share: You receive a gift card with a balance to be used at the farmers' market at any time. The cost is a minimum of $200, but can be any increment of $100. You receive 10% more in produce so for example if you pay $500 you would receive a $550 credit to be used at our stand. You can come to any of our markets and pick up anything you want from our stand and get fresh, tasty, prepaid, discounted produce at your convenience. You can start to use your credit as soon as we start going to market, which will be around the first week in May, and you can use the credit until December when we stop going to market.
- Boxed Share: We pre-box a mixture of fresh produce for you and you get to be creative in the kitchen! We always try to include a mixture of greens, roots, onions (or leeks), and an herb, plus whatever else is in season (tomatoes, cukes, squash, etc.).
- Boxed Shares cost $500, which equates to $25-$30 worth of produce per week. You receive $550 or more in produce over the 20 weeks.
- Boxed shares can be picked up at the Saratoga Saturday or Wednesday Farmers' Markets, or at the farm.
- Summer Boxed Shares start the first week of June and go for 20 weeks until Mid-October.
- Fall Boxed Shares start in Mid-October and go until mid-December and cost $200.
